History
Beksan Nail & Wire was founded in 1995 as a factory producing wires, nails and steel products operating in coal-iron-steel industry. Despite the fact that our company looks like a very young one, it has been operating and widely recognized in its sector since 1967. Founder of the company named Mehmet Lutfu Bekki stepped the business as a merchandiser and started trade and production of nails together with his sons Hüseyin Bekki and Abdullah Bekki in the following years.

Due to increasing diversification of our products and new investments in the factory, we carry on nail and wire production in the plant located on a 32.650m2 area in Balikesir Organized Zone since 2002.

Our Mission
Our mission is to focus on customer satisfaction, to have a high quality and wide range of products with relatively reasonable price, to be an environmentally-conscious, to have an ability to produce according to customer requirements, to pay special attention on the white collar workers’ & blue collar workers’ training, to keep up with the new technology for each department, to constantly evaluate the ideas and opinions of its staff to increase the productivity, to keep the staff motivated so as to keep the efficiency at the highest level, to be a company with cooperative and creative approaches according to shareholders’ targets and strategies.

To track the universally recognized new improvements in its sector, to monitor the quality, to carry on the production with globally competitive plant machinery and equipment, to decrease the distance between top level management and other well-educated and motivated white collars with sense of responsibility who hold lower positions but can advise suggestions for improvement, to create loyal customer conscious and create special solutions for them, to target the stable and constant development, sustainable growth and profitability.
